Showed up to check on system after client said it was froze up. On first visit, coil was visibly frozen all the way out to outdoor unit. Discussed the importance of airflow with client. Went around the home and verified. All vents were open. Unplugged outdoor unit told client we would be back in one to two days, after one to two days came back, plugged in outdoor unit and had great pressures, good super heat, great temp split. Unsure as to why unit froze up initially, possible lack of return? Unit is up and cooling.

Showed up to do diagnostic on furnace downstairs due to no air being pushed throughout the home, found that blower motor was shot, and noted severe heat damage from damage heat exchanger on PVC pipe. Talk to client and his wife about the dangers of damage, heat, exchangers, and offered lower replacement or furnace replacement, and client wanted to move forward with furnace replacement. Customer was applying through green sky. It was approved as I left.

Showed up due to poor cooling call, verified indoor airflow, dirty air filters, changed air filters, then checked refrigerant levels, pressures were a little low, poor sub, cool, and high superheat, told client that I suspect a leak, added a pound of 410, pressures came up to where they were supposed to and achieved a good temperature split. Injected die search to come back out to find the leak.
