Unit is operating normally, house is almost 1200 sq ft and unit is only 1.5 ton and with heat index today feels like 107 degrees. Unit is just struggling but still maintaining temperature within 3° of set temperature on the thermostat told customer spraying out the condensing coil would probably help a little bit as well. Condenser is working fine. The ductwork is undersized with 3 zones and no bypass installed. 2 of the zones are behind drywall and unable to check operation. We need to locate the other zones to verify they are working.
