iWave-C Air Purifier for HVAC

The iWave-C Air Purifier is a self-cleaning, bi-polar ionization generator designed to enhance indoor air quality by actively purifying the air within HVAC systems. Unlike traditional air purifiers that rely on passive filtration, the iWave-C emits both positive and negative ions, creating a plasma field that neutralizes airborne pollutants, including bacteria, viruses, mold spores, allergens, and odors. This advanced technology ensures cleaner, healthier air throughout your home or office.
Key Features of the iWave-C Air Purifier
- Self-Cleaning Design: The iWave-C features a patented self-cleaning mechanism that maintains optimal performance without the need for regular maintenance or replacement parts, setting it apart from other ionization technologies.
- Active Air Purification: By generating a balanced mix of positive and negative ions, the iWave-C actively treats the air as it passes through the HVAC system, effectively reducing airborne pathogens and allergens.
- Versatile Installation: Designed for systems up to 12 tons (4800 CFM), the iWave-C can be easily installed in both residential and light commercial HVAC systems, either indoors or outdoors, thanks to its durable, waterproof housing.
- Energy Efficient: Operating with multi-voltage input (24VAC-240VAC), the iWave-C consumes minimal energy while providing maximum air purification benefits.
Benefits of the iWave-C Air Purifier
- Healthier Indoor Environment: By reducing airborne bacteria, viruses, and allergens, the iWave-C helps create a safer and healthier living or working space.
- Odor Elimination: The ionization process neutralizes odors from cooking, pets, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs), leaving the indoor air fresh and clean.
- Maintenance-Free Operation: With its self-cleaning feature, the iWave-C requires no ongoing maintenance or replacement parts, offering a hassle-free air purification solution.
- Improved HVAC Efficiency: By keeping the HVAC system’s coils cleaner, the iWave-C contributes to better system performance and longevity.
Installation and Compatibility
The iWave-C is suitable for a wide range of HVAC systems, including those in homes, offices, healthcare facilities, and other light commercial settings. Its compact design allows for flexible installation options, and it operates without producing harmful ozone or other byproducts, ensuring safe and effective air purification.
Preset Cleaning Cycle
The iWave-C includes a preset cleaning cycle that runs every five days. A manual cleaning cycle can be initiated by pressing the cleaning cycle test button on the unit’s front panel. During the cleaning cycle, the display indicates “CLEA”.The cleaning cycle may be reprogrammed to 1, 5, 10 or 20 days. Most installations will not need to deviate from the default five day cleaning cycle.
Three Year Limited Warranty
The iWave-C includes a limited warranty for three years that covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. It’s rare, but to make a warranty claim you’ll need to provide proof of purchase and proof of proper installation by a licensed contractor. The iWave warranty doesn’t cover labor, return shipping charges, damage from improper installation or improper wiring/voltage usage. The warranty starts the date the unit was purchased. The warranty is voided if the unit is installed by anyone other than a licensed contractor.
