Our repair work covers the everyday problems that stop a household in its tracks: leaks, low water pressure, running toilets, failing shutoff valves. Calling early is the whole game. A slow leak behind a wall costs a fraction to fix compared to the drywall, flooring and mold remediation it causes if it runs for months.

Tank water heaters store hot water and lose heat while doing it. Tankless units heat on demand, take up less space, and typically last longer than a standard tank. They are a strong fit for larger homes in Dublin, Powell and New Albany where hot water demand runs across several bathrooms at once.
Installation is where tankless systems succeed or fail. Gas supply, electrical connections and venting all have to be right, and undersizing the gas line is the most common mistake we are called out to correct. We size the unit to your household and install it to code.
Hard water is the most common water quality complaint we hear across Central Ohio. It leaves scale in water heaters, shortens the life of dishwashers and washing machines, spots glassware and makes soap harder to rinse. A water softener addresses it at the point of entry.
