Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about expansion tank. Found expansion tank with hole in body of tank. Pressure in house is at 65psi. Nothing in house could be caused of expansion tank popping. Explain to customer that it could’ve been a high-pressure situation that popped it. Recommended PRV so this will not happen in future. Customer did not turn water heater off from panel before draining. Told customer cannot guarantee if water heater will still be working or not. Customer paid with card
