Replaced little giant condensate pump and tested system. Cooling works but system is undercharged which indicates a leak. Recommended replacement due to age and using r22 refrigerant. Customer stated it's still keeping up on and while consider replacing in the fall.

Warranty: NEED AARON TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE DEFROST CONTROL BOARD FOR HEAT PUMP. DEFROST CONTROL BOARD IS UNDER WARRANTY. COLLECT PAYMENT WHEN COMPLETE. Control board didn't resolve the issue. Spoke with tech support again and finally figured it out. Stage 2 on the compressor low voltage is shorted to ground. I disabled it so the unit will run in stage 1 only until repairs can be made.
