Spoke to customer upon arrival. Expressed concern about leak around water heater. Found leak coming from water heater itself. Leak is coming from tank itself. Cannot put in water heater that is on porch due to edge of water heater. Gave customer estimates from marathon to 40 gallon slim to 30 gallon. Customer would like to talk it over with her husband and do financing before proceeding.

Also found no vent on kitchen sink. Gave customer estimate for whole sink re-piped to add automatic event and two new basket trainers. Customer just wanted to go with the basket strainer that was leaking. Replaced basket strainer. Reinstalled existing drainage. Tested to find no leaks at this time. Customer paid with card

Unable to locate any substantial gas/co leaks. Inspected furnace, heat exchanger, stove,fireplace and all exsposed gas lines.Found and repaired 1 small leak at the furnace. Recommend pressure testing the all the gas lines customer declined.

Arrived, brand unit in AC and check for a temp drop, supply had a 71° down unit low on charge, 410 in system supply had 49 degrees coming out, checked amps and ohms on unit, put dye in the system need to schedule to come back in 2 weeks.
