Although we didn’t expect to need new equipment which far exceed our budget, our tech, David explained everything in an easy to understand manor which made the decision to upgrade more palatable. Aaron Curry performed replacement of Limit switch and ran the HVAC and checked for any abnormalities. He also performed a preventative check on AC. He gave a clean chit to HVAC and AC. Appreciate his thoroughness. Dor-Mar Operations and Sales team could be more customer oriented and try to understand issues from customer perspective. They also need to revisit their policy of charging the customer, a labour charge every time they visit a unit even if it is a resolution of one single incident through two visits (one for diagnosis and one for replacement of a faulty item.)
