Fast service! They needed a part that wasn’t in stock. They carry parts for furnaces up to 20 years old and newer—ours is older. We were told it would take three days, but it only took one. Each time I spoke with someone from the company, their first concern was whether I still had heat. When they tore it apart, they realized something else was causing the problem. The new part was a fraction of the cost of the first and had to be ordered. A few days later, it was fixed—about $300 less than anticipated—and the technician was here for about 90 minutes total. No extra or hidden charges. The technician was very friendly and explained everything. I would recommend Dor Mar to anyone in need of service.

My AC unit started making a buzzing sound and was tripping the breaker box last night around 11 p.m. Fearing the worst, I messaged them on Facebook to see if they could check it out. The technician called around 9 a.m. and was here by 10 a.m. He checked a few things and found the issue right away. My AC was up and running in less than 15 minutes—and the total was under $110! I figured I was going to have to call off work today, but it turns out I wasn’t even late. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate the quick service—other companies probably would’ve tried to sell me a new AC unit.

We bought the maintenance plan and found out our AC was leaking Freon—it would cost $250 a pound to refill (about $1,500 total). We had just done this about a year and a half ago with another company, so we knew the technician’s evaluation was accurate. The AC was about 24 years old, and we didn’t want to invest more money into it, so we decided to buy a new one. The whole process was quick, and the team was great. I even called Steven to ask about a more expensive model with a higher efficiency rating, and he explained that the model we were getting (Coleman) was the right size for our home, had a great warranty, and he took the time to explain the ratings to me. Well done—would definitely recommend them!
