Key Responsibilities:

• Remove dust, debris, allergens, and contaminants from ducts, vents, registers, grilles, and other HVAC system components to improve air quality and system efficiency.
• Apply appropriate sanitizing agents or antimicrobial treatments to control microbial growth and eliminate odors.
• Install, repair, or replace ductwork components as necessary to ensure optimal airflow and system performance.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate duct cleaning schedules and provide exceptional customer service.
• Utilize electronic tools and software for recording job details, documenting findings, and generating reports.
• Educate clients on the importance of regular duct cleaning and provide recommendations for system maintenance and improvements.

Working Conditions:

The HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician will primarily work in residential settings, requiring travel to customer job sites. The role involves working in confined spaces, such as attics, crawl spaces, and mechanical rooms. The technician will be exposed to varying environmental conditions and may need to carry and operate heavy equipment. The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
